Providence - Get Care Now

Role: UX Designer - As one of two designers working on the Get Care Now mobile app, I conducted research and competitive analysis, executed all steps of the UX process, including prototyping the application for both iOS and Android.

Audience: The application for users enrolled in Providence Health & Services benefits to be able to schedule in-person and virtual care appointments.

Opportunity: The Innovation Team at Providence Health & Services works on a variety of applications. I was tasked with working with a large engineering team to design a mobile application that was up to industry standards as well as competitive with applications such as Dr. on Demand and similar products.

My work included design system research, introducing a white-labeling system, QA, and planning for future releases.

Stephanie came on board to help the UX team at Providence. What started as a short term, contract production design job grew into a long term, large scale app, and ux design position. Her role was essential in providing daily ux direction to engineers, helping to establish a white labeling system, and keeping the entire team happy with her positive attitude. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone that needs a strong and independent team member with an elegant design intuition.
