PHX Creative Minds

Freedom of expression | Freedom of understanding

On a late weekday-evening, I was joined by four Phoenix creatives and friends that express their art in a variety of ways—music, modeling, and photography. We met up at Lux Central Cafe, kind of our headquarters for really any occasion. I asked Justin Jackson, Jarret Payne, Jeremy Croomes, and Tajji Sharp to meet up for lattes, jalepeño bacon mac & cheese, and to talk about the art scene in our hometown of Phoenix, and surrounding areas. And it seems that as we all express ourselves creatively, we often feel bound within the state lines of Arizona. Landlocked geographically, and by exposure as well, you might say.

This video was shot by me on a Canon EOS Rebel T3, and edited in After Effects.

The music, “Always Chasin’ “ is by Jarret Payne, also known by the moniker, Jeary Sylves.
